WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE SESSION?
When you come to us for a set-up you need to bring everything that you would normally use when you go for a ride. This includes the obvious things like your bike, shoes, cycling clothing. Additionally you will need to bring your helmet, glasses, a drink bottle, any professional referral letters.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?
Before you arrive for your appointment we suggest you make a list of all the current and past complaints and injuries that you are suffering or have suffered from on or off the bike.
